AAA Roast Beef or Prime Rib Dinner with Carving Station

Coming from only the top 6% of beef, this tantalizing cut is the talk of any event! With garlic cloves inserted directly into the beef, it is then covered in our specialty rub, pureed roasted garlic and slow-cooked in our smoker.  After resting, the meat is then moved to our carving station and and heat lamp where our chef slices the thick, juicy, plate filling sized portions fresh for each guest, accompanied by au jus.

This 8oz serving of mouthwatering beef perfection is seasoned with our secret blend of spices and then seared on our barbecues – cooking the steak to a tenderness unmatched by any other. A surefire way to impress all of your guests at any occasion!

This juicy portion of chicken is seasoned with our unique blend of spices specifically created for this dish. Grilled to perfection giving it an unmatched flavour, will have you enjoying barbecue chicken like never before!

Lemon Dill Salmon Fillets

Bedded on lemon and topped with dill and light spices, these 6oz servings of juicy salmon are cooked to perfection. A delicious alternative to beef options. Available in Atlantic or Pacific Salmon.

Braised St. Louis Ribs

These fall of the bone ribs are worth the saucy fingers! Braised for hours to perfection, coated in BBQ sauce and seared on the grill.

Beef on a Bun in BBQ Sauce

We start by taking one of our mouth watering roasts and thinly slice it, then coat it in a smoky BBQ sauce, and once again introduce it to our grills. Once the beef is hot and the flavours have married with the sauce, a heaping portion is served atop a fresh sesame bun. With horseradish and other condiments nearby you can control the completion of this delicious creation.

Sauced-up Pulled Pork

This tender pork is treated to a special 4 hour low-and-slow cooking process which seals in the juices and spices; constantly supplying the pork with a flavour like no other. Once the cooking process is completed the pork is then pulled and coated in a delicious Carolina mustard BBQ sauce. It is then set back on the grills, once again, to combine the flavours of the mouth watering pork and tangy sauce.

Chicken Burgers & Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

We smoke whole chicken breasts, pull them and then introduce them to our white BBQ sauce, to leave you beyond satisfied. Served on a freshly baked bun. This pulled chicken is amazing on it’s own but with the option to add lettuce, cheese, tomato, onion as well as our other toppings, transforms it into a chicken burger like you’ve never had before!

Smoking Sausage on a Bun
